Cancellation Terms Full Refund (Less Cancellation Fee): If you cancel your booking at least six hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a refund minus a 3% cancellation fee, which covers payment handling charges. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel less than six hours before the scheduled pickup time, a 50% late cancellation fee will apply, inclusive of the 3% payment handling charge. No Refund: If the driver arrives at the pickup location and you are not present, no refund will be issued. Travel Delays – Dublin Airport Pickups For pickups from Dublin Airport, we monitor live flight arrivals to ensure timely service. No Extra Charges: There are no additional fees if your flight is delayed; we will adjust your pickup time according to your updated arrival time. Driver Waiting Time: Our drivers will be ready to greet you at the airport after your flight lands, ensuring a stress-free journey. Driver Waiting Time (Non-Airport Pickups): Drivers wait up to 15 minutes at no extra cost; after this, additional waiting charges may apply. How to Cancel Your Booking? Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover payment handling charges. Late Cancellation Deductions: If you cancel less than six hours before your scheduled pickup, the 50% late cancellation fee will also apply. Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
