Cancellation Terms Full Refund (Less Cancellation Fee): If you cancel your booking at least six hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a refund minus a 3% cancellation fee, which covers payment handling charges. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel less than six hours before the scheduled pickup time, a 50% late cancellation fee will apply, inclusive of the 3% payment handling charge. No Refund: If the driver arrives at the pickup location and you are not present, no refund will be issued. Travel Delays – Dublin Airport Pickups For pickups from Dublin Airport, we monitor live flight arrivals to ensure timely service. No Extra Charges: There are no additional fees if your flight is delayed; we will adjust your pickup time according to your updated arrival time. Driver Waiting Time: Our drivers will be ready to greet you at the airport after your flight lands, ensuring a stress-free journey. Driver Waiting Time (Non-Airport Pickups): Drivers wait up to 15 minutes at no extra cost; after this, additional waiting charges may apply. How to Cancel Your Booking? When submitting your request, please provide: Booking Reference Number Name used for the booking Scheduled Pickup Date and Time Refunds Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed promptly and returned to your original payment method. Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover payment handling charges. Late Cancellation Deductions: If you cancel less than six hours before your scheduled pickup, the 50% late cancellation fee will also apply. Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
